刘淑琴，女，山西吕梁人，1972年2月生，工学博士，教授，博士生导师。“煤炭科学技术”编委。
主要研究领域：
★ 煤炭地下气化技术；
★ 煤炭转化污染物检测及防治技术；
★ 煤及固体废弃物的微波热处理技术。
教育背景：
★ 2005年，英国Cranfield大学访问学者；
★ 1998年至2000年，中国矿业大学（北京）工学博士；
★ 1993年至1996年，山西大学理学硕士。

★ 国家高技术研究发展计划（863计划）主题项目“煤炭地下气化产业化关键技术”课题“污染物析出、迁移规律及控制防治技术“，2011-2014；
